@Stellantis NO customer should be waiting 45 days and still waiting I might add, for their vehicle to be repaired! It just unacceptable! Customer Service is reactive!!! Not Proactive!

@OfficialMOPAR Warranty!! You need to evaluate your approval system. It’s not timely. Plus you not giving any $$$ to cover car rental. My truck has been at the dealership since Thursday of last week. The dealership personnel is slow then they have to follow your process! 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
