I cleared ALL dues. I even paid TWICE by mistake. Yet late fees + finance charges + annual fee (₹1,500) kept piling up. Outstanding now shown as ₹14,291.63 — entirely penalties on UNAUTHORIZED transactions!

My card expired July 2023. You tried sending renewal but it was RETURNED. Despite this, Zoom ($176.88 = ₹15,247) & Canva (₹3,999) auto-debited my expired card WITHOUT my re-authorization. This is a clear RBI violation!

Took a personal loan SPLN90932618 from @StanChartHelp in Jan 2021 with 1% pre-closure after 36 EMIs. Now @KotakBankLtd (who took over) is demanding 3% — not in the original terms. Been chasing for a month. Frustrating when banks don’t honor agreements. Anyone else faced this?@RBI
@udaykotak I’m being charged 3% foreclosure fee on my personal loan taken from Standard Chartered, despite the agreement clearly stating 1% after 36 EMIs. Kotak took over the loan but not the terms. This is unfair and unresolved after weeks of follow-up. Please help. #KotakBank
