@JayR920@mccheezeburger@ryancashh@TigersJUK I’m ngl just realized you were a Yankees fan and this all makes so much more sense now lmao. I’ll rest my case on is yes the Rays don’t have the largest fanbase but the people who support them are some of the most passionate in baseball and this is a baseball town.
@JayR920@mccheezeburger@ryancashh@TigersJUK Ah yes the infamous “it was because of the Yankees” excuse. If you went to either of the games (don’t believe you actually did) you would know it was 70-30 at minimum Rays fan. Also ignored my comment about how Cleveland didn’t sell that many tickets either lol
@JayR920@mccheezeburger@ryancashh@TigersJUK Mind you ur argument currently stems from watch party attendance💀. The rays have averaged over 35k people at every postseason game and the place will be packed again tomorrow night. Btw Cleveland had less people at Game 3 then either Game 1 or Game 2 at the Trop
@JayR920@mccheezeburger@ryancashh@TigersJUK Brother I have been to over 150 Rays games at the trop in my life. I will be there tomorrow night. I live on the other side of the bridge, I deal with the traffic. I’m not complaining about it but I do understand people who don’t want to drive an hour for a regular season game
@mccheezeburger@ryancashh@TigersJUK Nothing like a dude that doesn’t live in Tampa giving his opinions on Tampa traffic and the people that live here 😭🙏💀. Please stfu dude
@King_Contrarian Saying a “majority” of people who go to Bucs game live in Saint Pete is proof you know nothing about our region 💀😭. Tampa Bay is a baseball town that loves the Rays. Keep the same energy up when Cleveland’s stadium is 3/4 full tomorrow
@ECloskyWTSP Is it possible all these IL stints are phantom? We all know they have a postseason spot locked up and the division isn’t going to be decided til the 4 game series the last week of the season. All the injuries are 10-15 day IL stints to meaning they could all be back by that time.
@Frankslip2@eyyankees Ah yes a stadium you weren’t using during that time you graciously donated to us *checks notes* (the Rays paid the Yankees 15 million to be there)
@LezmanCameron@GiraffeNeckMarc Rays are not giving up Gillen for a rental. Reastically I don’t know if there’s anyone that is going to get moved this deadline that the Rays would part with him for. The best players you could get out of the Rays are Hopkins or maybe given they just took Emerson, Carson Williams
@absolutelym4ne I agree the big guys absolutely have to show up. Whe James and Goncalves are your best players the last 3 games of a playoff series you have to look in the mirror a lot. You can throw that on cooper and I would get it, personally I don’t but I 1000 percent agree abt the T6.
@WyattzWorId Falcons go 12-5 and win a playoff game. Penix comes back and looks like a franchise QB while Drake London cements himself as a top 7 wide receiver in the NFL and Jessie Bates leads the league in Interceptions
