If you’re neurodivergent, you can’t keep waiting for your knowledge and ideas to translate into money and opportunities, before understanding how valuable your mind is. Your own family will act as though your mind has no value until they see your knowledge translate into money. Over and over again, this will happen. This is a huge theme with us. But notice that when the money and opportunities come, that’s the only time people decide to affirm your intelligence. Walk in the faith that you have it, before you have it. Because you do. I can’t stress this enough.

to win you need to be hungry, and sometimes to become hungry you need to touch some low points in your life

you won’t find many reasons to improve while sitting on your parents’ sofa, telling yourself everything will be fine and convincing yourself that a shit job is enough to live a decent life

just do hard things and put yourself in uncomfortable situations, take calculated risks, and push beyond what feels safe

if something makes you uncomfortable there’s a good chance it’s also something that can make you grow

comfort keeps you where you are but discomfort can show you where you could go
