My feelings around the #XBT 40 day lockup; as a post vs a reply.
1) This decision (as well as others) was made in a censored discord group. Not by the node runners and miners
2) Those decisionmakers motivations do not appear to be altruistic
3) There seems to be an insatiable need for drama from that same group
4) That group seems to love to threaten sweeping changes that affect my investment in supporting this coin
5) That group seems to see miners as adversaries
6) The bitcoin way is 1 cpu 1 vote; not a group of censored elites that make unilateral decisions for everyone that has a tangible investment in the project
7) I want this project to be wildly successful but it cannot succeed when any one group can make sweeping changes on a whim
8) Most importantly; change by consensus not a council in a censored Discord where only those who agree get a voice
