@SIWGhana Veryyy goood ekow I was waiting for someone to bring this up but the communication team of the npp is so weak that they let the NDC slide with shit whiles focusing on inward fighting foolish people. this is good
@sua_nyansaa_ You are big fool to not know that NDC did worst in opposition even Sam George called the president a useless man kwasia kwa wo Papa hwoa gumi fuo na. Tu fl3 me onu
It’s a shame….
But most importantly, a dangerous path is being created for our dear nation.
I Watched the presser by the CID Boss and I bet you, but for politics, there’s no way she would make that presentation about another citizen like she did about the nurse.
A Respectful Appeal to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama
Mr President, with the greatest respect, I wish to draw your attention to a matter that I believe deserves your consideration as the President of the Republic and a leader with significant influence over our national discourse.
A video has been brought to my attention concerning comments and statements attributed to Kevin Taylor, involving insults and personal attacks against various individuals, including Members of Parliament, political leaders, public officials, traditional authorities and other Ghanaian citizens.
I strongly believe in freedom of speech and the right of every citizen to criticise government and public officials. Criticism, scrutiny and even strong disagreement are essential to a healthy democracy.
However, freedom of expression should also come with responsibility. Our political differences should not become a justification for insults, personal attacks, tribal sentiments, threats or language that can deepen divisions among Ghanaians.
Mr President, I am therefore respectfully appealing to you to look into this matter and, if the concerns being raised are found to be accurate, kindly use your good offices to call Kevin Taylor to order.
This is not a request to silence him or prevent him from criticising your government. Rather, it is an appeal for all of us—including those who support your administration—to understand that there must be a standard of responsibility in our national conversation.
Ghana belongs to all of us.
We cannot build a peaceful and democratic country if political commentary consistently becomes personal warfare. The same standard should apply whether the person being attacked belongs to the NDC, NPP, another political party, a traditional institution, a religious organisation or no political organisation at all.
Mr President, your leadership can help set the tone.
I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed in the interest of national cohesion, respect and responsible democratic engagement.
I remain an issue-based thinker. I will support what I believe is in Ghana's interest and respectfully criticise what I believe is wrong, regardless of who is involved.
Before the NDC and NPP, there is Ghana.
Before political personalities, there is the national interest.
Ghana first. 🇬🇭
