@FraserNelson Very true. Training jobs are given to foreign doctors without consideration. Even the non training jobs are mostly foreign inductions. There is no law sropping NHS. Most of the junior and senior doctors I knew have left the UK because of lack of jobs and training
@sophielouisecc welfare is usually provided by the government from savings and profits, not on the expense of working class, we have lost sanity in this Country for sure. She should resign
@robprogressive Its a joke, I am paying it and if you add on NI contributions, actually you pay 55% towards tax and no benefits no tax relief, no free tax allowance and you still pay council tax too 🙄
@sharrond62 Sorry Sharron but the real question is why earning more means you should be penalised more? NZ takes 22% tax so do Jersey, when do we stop promoting passableness
@chocolatewig@ClaireCoutinho Its not about someone getting benefits its about taking more money from the working middle class who are already suffering. We should all realise how they are promoting dependency and mediocracy
@chocolatewig@ClaireCoutinho I am all for welfare state, its a beautiful concept but why create dependency? Why bring overseas workforce? Why cant they create jobs for the brits? Make them work? 10 hours? 20 hours a week and pay them the benefits whilst the government is doing complete opposite
@raelbrav I don’t want govt to give my kids free meals, i will feed them myself if the govt stop forcing me to pay 50% toward taxes and NI contributions
@Gus_ODonnell This is a temporary solution if any whilst the elephant is still in the room. Rather than thinking of next 10 years we are focusing on the next year fiscal deficit. This is pathetic. We need generation of income and surely that is not possible by taxing more
@robprogressive This is true. I pay 50% towards tax and NI contributions and my take home is less than people on benefits, this country hates working class
@10DowningStreet You can only create a stable revenue by bringing back the businesses and jobs, tax holiday for the businesses, less pressure on NHS by privatising certain elements and reducing govt involvement, same with the Schools and giving tax relief to the working class
@Keir_Starmer Really? People getting penalised for working, tax and NI contributions are ridiculous. System is promoting mediocrity and dependency. Kindly open your eyes, promote work, give jobs to locals and give benefits to the workers. This is just a political gimmick to grab votes
@KemiBadenoch The UK govts promote mediocrity, if you work hard you get penalised by 50% tax and NI and your take home will be less than people on benefits.
@_FaridKhan This is the most pathetic tweet I have seen in ages, Shoaib Akhtar bowling at 35m/h, pathetic Babar can not play spin, got bowled out by a retired spinner. Stop promoting mediocrities unless you are a paid tout
