Two years on…

Two years ago today I was diagnosed with MND. As far as statistics are concerned, I had a 50% chance of living up to this point but I am still here and despite the complete decline in my physical body, I am pleased to be here. I wrote a poem last year to mark the first year after my diagnosis and so I thought I would do the same thing this year. I will keep going every year I can.

Just make the 5th day / Saturday card “not as good” as the rest of the festival. JockeyClub will get the Saturday no sock brigade money that they want anyway, we can all go to Uttoxeter.

Then trains between 5.30pm-7.30pm aldgate departure times, indicating if any are fast trains.
Or just publish the timetable so we can work it out ………

@TfL with the metropolitan line being decimated again from tomorrow, can you tell me what ‘past the hour’ times the x 2 trains per hour will be leaving Rickmansworth to Aldgate in the morning and also the return times Aldgate back to Rickmansworth in the evening please ?
