#iciciLombard keeps asking for so many forms to fill up, Though the patient is still in the hospital keep asking for the final bill, asking for discharge reports, there is no meaning of cashless or 7X24 hours support.

As per policy if anyone hospitalizes its cashless with policy paper. As per Singapore SOP, the insurance company has to share LOG (letter of guarantee) to ensure the insurance company will support as per policy.......however ICIClombard is not helping or sharing any LOG
