In a landmark initiative to strengthen Civil-Military Cooperation, Synergy and Skill Development, 161 Maharashtra State Service Officers from #Pune underwent a rigorous military-oriented training capsule at Aundh Military Station, Pune, from 4-10 June 2025.

Spanning a wide spectrum of administrative leadership including Deputy Collectors, DySPs, BDOs, Education Officers and more — the programme was meticulously designed to instill military-grade leadership, sharpen crisis response capabilities, and enhance inter-agency coordination. The training aimed to equip these officers with the strategic mindset and resilience required to operate effectively in high-pressure, real-world scenarios.
