@Amtrak , once again you've let me down. I'm on train 173 out of NYC. Instead of allowing me to switch to a non sold out train that hasn't been delayed for an hour due to mechanical issues, you pretend the ticket is now $133 more than what I spend.

@amtrak can't even answer the phone when you call. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and spoke with lovely actual person just doing her job.

We subsidize @Amtrak , yet ticket prices are completely unreasonable. They also aren't accountable to the low expectations they've set for themselves.

Watching a woman struggle to order at dunkin donuts just made my day. She asked for a shot of decaf espresso with a little bit of almond milk in it. The worker was confused. What the lady wanted was a decaf latte. She didn't understand... it was wild.
