@ronsterd89 Vitamin B complex, liquid kind that goes under your tongue. Sunshine 20 plus minutes in summer, 45 plus in winter. Walking at least 10,000 steps a day. Simple stretches. 2-4 cups electrolyte water or coconut water daily if it's hot out.
