@herrmanndigital Check your ads for CTR outliers (on the high side) and then look at placements. We started seeing big CTR spike and crazy low CPCs from audience network (where we never spent before) on conversion ABO.
Also aligns directly with bot traffic spike on Shopify.
@Seanfrank That being said, still engage external experts in the field to review. It’s now just 1 hour cost to review as opposed to, 4 hours discovery, 6 hours to creating the document.
@Seanfrank I can upload a PDF contract into any model, then go for a walk with headphones and have a back and forth conversation asking questions about different clauses and its concerns or recommendations and then within 15 minutes we’ve done full revisions.
@codyplof From someone who almost exclusively stuck to conversion only, broad targeting based ads at $100k p/day, taking the same creative and optimising for view content and video views actually started driving a shitload of new customers last year.

@Seanfrank Hired two “region” managers, each from their respective country with single 3PL in Amsterdam. ROI on their cost is insane. And they solely focus on scaling their own regions leaning on our internal shared resource.

@NMowbray23 If I purely looked at the budget of $9.4M for advertising considering international visitors bring NZ $1.7B in GST revenue I wouldn’t think that’s crazy… but for 5M views someone needs to be held accountable.

@elonmusk How about somewhere the community can make suggestions for changes and have it operate as an upvote system to surface popular ideas? No action needs to be taken, just a function for community input
@mannybarbas_ Starting to actually cost us a lot now as it's taking 2-3x the time to launch an ad so we're starting to have a bottle neck and need new junior media buyers to do uploading. SIMPLE FIX: Give advertisers option to have this stuff OFF by default in back end.
