No dribble tag of my favorite warm up drills we have used. One of our athletes @KaedonPhillips opens degrees of freedom with change of direction and even crawling to avoid being tagged. One constraint we added for more movement was using 3 basketballs instead of 1

Pass Tag is a fun and engaging warm-up that helps players move in different ways. In this game, teams work together to tag opponents without running or dribbling. The space can be constrained, e.g. only inside the 3PT area. The team that achieves this in the fastest time wins!
