@omniplexcinema My local cinema was much better with response to my contact through Facebook messenger, the manager called me and sorted us out.

The system needs updating so two omnipass holders can book the sofa screens and sit together.

Unfortunately myself and partner are unable to book as we both hold myomnipass and have to book individually.

The sofa seats can't be booked individually though!

@omniplexcinema I got on to customer service through the feedback email and the response was very poor, basically told if I want to reserve seats then to use one omni pass and pay for an adult ticket, they did add that my feedback would be passed on.

Many thanks to Ryan who has responded to me by email after my second email request this evening.

He has confirmed the cinema will reopen Mon/Tue from October 6th.

@omniplexcinema Shannon Omniplex has not opened on a Monday or Tuesday for over a month.

I have enquired directly with the cinema and with [email protected] and have yet to be given a clear answer to if this is a permanent situation.

The price of myomnipass increased recently, however my access to my local cinema has decreased by 28%.

My most available days are Monday and Tuesday, I have not been to the cinema in 6 weeks now.

Could you please clarify if the cinema will reopen Mon/Tue?

While it is annoying to me, for those with mobility issues, or someone counting on the return voucher to pay for shopping it can have much more of an impact.

This scheme needs to work, and retailers need to ensure they are regularly emptying thr machines to avoid this issue.

Another trip to my local @dunnesstores in Ennis.

Parked in the multi-story
Got trolley
Loaded 2 bags of bottles/cans
Go to machine
Machine not working
Put bags back in car in multistory

To be fair, by the time I finished shopping it was fixed.

Would a person with mobility issues have to spend 30/40 minutes (stops 1-7) to reach St Michael's?

Would it not make more sense for the hospital to be quickly accessible being the first drop off point and last pick up point?

Home based is anywhere after Oct, heard of some still not paid in Jan this year.

The disparity of wages for home based turns a lot of snas off.

Full bag of cans/bottles took a nice drive to the re-return machine and back home today.

Both machines out of order @dunnesstores Ennis on a Monday afternoon. Luckily I wasn't counting on the €2/3 to help pay for my shopping.

@grainfole That's fantastic, I definitely don't dispise it or anything else your school does.

As the original post says they dispise everything a fee paying school stands for. So that must include the charity fundraisers, food drives, community outreach etc etc
