@TNLUK The excuses they are given are ridiculous I know the owner has now written to the CEO of Camelot which is pretty poor that you have to go to that extent. So that is why I am reaching out as many of us in the local community are really angry.

@TNLUK so been trying for weeks to get my play done at the shop at the pier in Gairloch. Camelot have been asked on umpteen times to fix their machine to no avail absolute disgrace as this will be having an adverse effect to this superb wee independent shop. Sort this out Camelot

@TNLUK I have spoken to the shop owners and the engineers were called on weeks ago. Locals are really not happy as many are older so not as tech savvy as me. We like to buy our tickets from a local shop to support them. These poor owners are loosing out on income as people go elsewhere
