I broke the Grace Marufu-Robert Mugabe affair in 1995 when I was at Horizon. They had two kids before their wedding in 1996. The late Mark Chavunduka and I got into trouble in January 1999 after I wrote about the tension that was in the military.

The year-long training is to empower female reporters in male-dominated newsrooms.
