@TurkishAirlines You have the worst customer service. I’m trying to cancel my ticket; the online process doesn’t work; the person answering the phone doesn’t know what’s going on; the feedback helpline is just generic response. No one is helping. Terrible service.
@TurkishAirlines U r trying to attract business by status matching QF Plat flyers, but u make it excessively hard to confirm documents. I either have to fly 4000km to the closest TK office (SYD), or get them notarised by a JP. Not worth the effort.
