This is very close to what I’ve done with my code bases, but having deterministic architecture fitness scripts is a concept I’m stealing.
I try to share my retrospective skill with everyone, which updates documentation, skills, and agents, and works on both session and project levels.
@theo This was intentionally crafted to do this. If I so much as agree with Claude, it’s pushes back saying it cannot have rapport with me and to not read into alignment.
@zodchiii People should read the actual source, not this watered down, naive summary.
Please don’t give advice that you’re not dogfooding.

Software engineers are notorious for having a "feasibility filter" that automatically dismisses most great ideas or solutions we come up with because we see them as either too time-consuming, not profitable, or outside of our domain expertise.
AI agents modify the opportunity costs of these. We can now crank out POCs and MVPs in the background that can give us real data to inform whether or not the opportunity cost is worth it.
Our filters need to be updated to give these ideas a chance. We need to identify which part of that filter is environment-dependent (and now outdated) versus which part is durable.
As AI innovation evolves, professionals with diverse expertise are poised to excel in software engineering. Their broad knowledge allows them to effectively steer AI tools towards solving challenges in various fields through transfer learning. This versatility provides them with a better understanding of potential blind spots, unlike specialists with narrower focus. In today's competitive job market, being a generalist offers a strategic advantage over being a specialist.
In today’s tech industry, the best job security isn’t just a skillset—it’s a strong personal brand. Everyone has a unique story where their experience intersects with their passion. Your niche? It’s at that crossroads. Build it, share it, and own it—because in a crowded market, standing out is the ultimate stability.
@elonmusk@DOGE They didn't "discover" anything, nor is it illegal. It's literally the law 🤡:
The SSP shelters migrants released from DHS - a FEMA partnership with CBP. In FY2024, Congress appropriated $650M for SSP.
Focusing for a moment on the POLICIES at play.
Voters were asked whether they supported 100 different policies, but weren't told whether the policy was from Trump or Harris.
Nearly all of Harris' policies got majority support from the public, and... 🧵
@robbwolf@NikkiFried Looks like freedom of association and keeping government out of people's business. Are you saying the government should prevent free association?
#weightloss isn't a goal; it's an ambiguous measurement of something far in the future.
Feeling good about what you eat and doing interesting physical activity are goals you can hit every single day. 👊
