@Flyersguru Blessing in disguise. Need a true 1C not an elite 2C who isn’t a point per game player. They must swing for a Matthews type echelon of player.

@Flyersguru Like Larkin but they need a center who moves the needle more than Larkin. Under a ppg player whos more of an elite 2c than a 1c. I’d much rather swing big for Matthews or Robert Thomas or offer sheet someone like Leo Carlsson than give up assets for Larkin.

@ChrisDiFran3 Not an obsession with him but I like his potential and you also want to throw in a 1st. I don’t think Larkin moves the needle much and to move a 1 and Foerster for an 8m cap hit who’s an elite 2c. If he’s such a great 1c why has Detroit missed playoffs for a decade???

@aj_muse_ Loved AJ, all pro skill but apparently all pro selfishness. Requesting a trade at 4-0 5 months after winning a Super Bowl then quitting on his team. No way he going to be able to spin that in his favor to the city of Philly. Lost a lot of respect for him sadly.

@DiBonaNFL I would not be angry if Boutte was in the deal but I question the amount of mouths to feed or who goes. You have Smitty, Lemon, Wicks, Hollywood, Cooper who they like and Goedert and Stowers. Hollywood is too solid to be a no 5 WR. If they get Boutte another domino has to fall

@JohnathanKorkie @ADiMarco25 Yeah but Brindy was one of the best 2 way centers in the league. PP, PK, face offs. He was a no. 1 center on most teams only reason he wasn’t in Philly was Lindros. Primeau was streaky. Scored less, wasn’t as good of an overall player imo.
