@STRAT3GIC_Alex@punchlinecopy Copying someone else's work of authorship is a copyright issue. A trademark is an indicator of source (often a brand name). What you're saying is nonsense. People have gotten sued for copying less than this (Bad Art Friend was this week).
@hashtagmolly @ATTHelp Also, there are no overages until Sept. 4th if you have Nola billing address (or other affected areas), but the overages don't guarantee high speed.
@hashtagmolly @ATTHelp I got that because I have had to work off of a hotspot. I had to change my plan to unlimited* They said I could change plans again whenever (that's a whole other issue). It was infuriating but I just paid so I wouldn't have to deal with it.
*not actually unlimited
@youknowemily Been remote for years. I left on Saturday and went somewhere with no internet. I have been working using a hotspot because otherwise I would just sit and worry. My work is not my usual capacity etc. My company told me to do whatever I need to do and they don't expect me to work.
Want to see the evolution of oil & gas exploitation? In the context of the history?
Everyone in Louisiana, in Texas, in the US, in the WORLD, needs to scroll through this.
We need to see the web that's been woven, so we can unravel it. ๐งต

@judysquirrels Same. I started doing this specific video because it was short and I think it helped because it reminds you to breathe. https://t.co/UiwZLT1BPq
@Jbrodess@scott_tobias@jga41agher Weather and time were both a factor. Vulture did a whole piece on this scene. Some of the stuff of Anthony Ramos was shot at night and had to be fixed with effects. Like you said, seems like a no win situation. https://t.co/Rt19Kqkyir
This was my favorite figure in the Copyright and TM report I wrote. It is so stark and marries data with context in an important way. Great article by @Bill__Donahue
Is Trademark Dilution Even Still A Thing? https://t.co/LckuaSss1n
@mpatrickwelch The Fillmore specifically makes me upset both as a trademark attorney and someone who lived in SF and used to go to the Fillmore there all the time. The experience is way different and has nothing to do with the original, aka brand exploitation instead of brand management
@sierraornelas I watched the first two episodes and loved it- excited to watch more! Did you originally conceive of the show with dual storylines (Nathan and Reagan) or did that evolve in the edits?
@nolafleurdelit Yeah ours was leaking rust and had to have it replaced in the fall. If you end up looking around https://t.co/SV8GEww5cl did a good job. Our new one is louder than the old one, but that's my only complaint.
