@UPS Terrible customer service. I shipped a package guaranteed by 2pm next day, it was incorrectly marked as delivered but left on the truck, & I subsequently missed an international flight. I have contacted customer service multiple times and no one will help with a refund.

@TriageNurseMD Reminiscing about a year ago is surreal. Had the same arguments with the health dept... I think I almost burst into tears. I was so angry. I still am. I think I will hold the hurt from these injustices and the mismanagement of this as embers in my heart forever.
