I see your point and wholeheartedly agree. However, I appreciate the necessity to regulate access to this system from a national security standpoint. If we have a superior AI, we don’t want to flip the proverbial “on switch” and have it immediately used against us by those who wish us harm. There must be a common-sense balance.

I fervently agree with you about the potential for overreach though.
