हिंदी पखवाड़े के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम में नोटिंग-ड्राफ्टिंग, हिंदी टाइपिंग, भाषण, कविता पाठ, चित्र से कहानी लेखन तथा हिंदी सामान्य ज्ञान सहित विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं एवं गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया गया। निगम के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने इन गतिविधियों में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया और अपनी प्रतिभा, रचनात्मकता एवं हिंदी भाषा के प्रति उत्साह का परिचय दिया।

The National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories Limited (NFCSF) organised the Cooperative Sugar Industry Conclave 2026 followeed by the National Efficiency Awards — to recognise and celebrate excellence across various areas of sugar-sector operations.
The event was graced by Hon’ble Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari; Hon’ble Minister of State for Cooperation, Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar; Shri Gurmeet Singh Khuddian, Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Punjab; and NFCSF President, Shri Harshvardhan Patil, along with other distinguished dignitaries and representatives from the cooperative sugar sector.
NCDC was honoured with the “Best Cooperative Financial Institution” award, recognising its significant contribution to strengthening and supporting the cooperative sugar industry. Through accessible financial assistance, term loans and other development-oriented support, NCDC continues to enable sugar cooperatives to modernise their operations, strengthen infrastructure, improve efficiency and enhance their overall financial and operational capabilities.

Strengthening International Cooperation through Knowledge Exchange

A distinguished delegation from the Republic of South Africa, led by Ms. Stella Tembisa Ndabeni-Abrahams, visited LINAC-NCDC on 21 June 2026 to gain insights into India's cooperative ecosystem and to study LINAC's initiatives in capacity building, skill development, and institutional strengthening of cooperatives.

The visit provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and best practices, while fostering mutual learning and cooperation in promoting cooperative-led socio-economic development.

सहकारिता की जड़ों से सीख, समृद्धि की ओर एक कदम।
एनसीडीसी के नवनियुक्त प्रोग्राम अधिकारियों ने राजस्थान अध्ययन एवं भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के प्रथम दिवस पर जयपुर स्थित एनसीडीसी क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय तथा कैलिको कोऑपरेटिव प्रिंटर्स कोऑपरेटिव सोसायटी का दौरा किया।

इस अनुभव ने प्रतिभागियों को सहकारी प्रबंधन, कारीगर सशक्तिकरण, कौशल विकास तथा पारंपरिक हस्तशिल्प संरक्षण में सहकारिता की प्रभावी भूमिका को निकट से समझने का अवसर प्रदान किया।

इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य प्रतिभागियों को सहकारिता क्षेत्र की कार्यप्रणाली, प्रबंधन एवं विभिन्न सफल सहकारी संस्थाओं के कार्यों से अवगत कराना है।

यह भ्रमण प्रतिभागियों के लिए एक समृद्ध शिक्षण अनुभव साबित हुआ, जिससे उन्हें सहकारिता के माध्यम से रोजगार सृजन, कौशल विकास और पारंपरिक कला के संरक्षण के व्यावहारिक पहलुओं को समझने में सहायता मिली। आगामी दिनों में भी दल विभिन्न सफल सहकारी संस्थाओं एवं संगठनों का अध्ययन भ्रमण करेगा।

राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम (NCDC) के उप प्रबंध निदेशक श्री रोहित गुप्ता व LINAC के महानिदेशक श्री मनोज कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (NDDB) के सहकारी विकास मॉडल का अध्ययन करने हेतु आनंद का दौरा किया।

प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने एनडीडीबी के अध्यक्ष डॉ. मीनेश शाह तथा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर डेयरी अवसंरचना सुदृढ़ीकरण, सहकारी विकास तथा एनडीडीबी–एनसीडीसी के मध्य हुए समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर चर्चा की।

इस दौरे के दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल को सफल सहकारी संस्थानों एवं ग्रामीण विकास की नवाचारी पहलों का प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव प्राप्त हुआ। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने त्रिभुवन सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय, ग्रामीण प्रबंधन संस्थान आनंद (IRMA), एनडीडीबी की सहायक इकाइयों, डेयरी प्रसंस्करण सुविधाओं तथा सहकारी-आधारित सतत विकास परियोजनाओं का अवलोकन किया। डेयरी किसानों के साथ संवाद तथा जैविक अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन एवं नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा पहलों के क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण ने ग्रामीण आजीविका सुदृढ़ीकरण में सहकारी मॉडल की प्रभावशीलता को रेखांकित किया।

इस अध्ययन भ्रमण में डेयरी सहकारी समितियों, अवसंरचना परियोजनाओं, सतत विकास पहलों तथा किसान-केंद्रित नवाचारों का भी अवलोकन किया गया, जो सहकारिता आधारित समावेशी विकास को गति प्रदान कर रहे हैं।

Senior officials of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC @mdncdc), led by Shri Rohit Gupta, Dy Managing Director, NCDC, and Dr. Manoj Kumar, Director General, LINAC visited NCDFI (@ncdficoop).

During the visit, the NCDFI eMarket platform was presented, highlighting its role as a transparent and technology-enabled marketplace for dairy and allied sectors. The presentation covered key features of the platform, including digital procurement, structured bidding, wider buyer-seller participation, improved price discovery and efficient trade processes.

The interaction also provided an opportunity to discuss how the eMarket model can be extended to support other cooperative institutions and Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) in marketing their produce through transparent digital trade linkages and better market access.

The visit reinforced the shared commitment of NCDC and NCDFI towards strengthening cooperative marketing, promoting digital innovation, and building a more efficient, inclusive, and farmer-centric cooperative ecosystem.

एशिया की अग्रणी @banasdairy1969 हरित ऊर्जा और सतत विकास की दिशा में नई मिसाल गढ़ रही है। बनास-सुजुकी बायोगैस प्लांट, आगथला (लाखणी) द्वारा 30 किलोमीटर के दायरे में स्थित 20–25 गांवों के 500 से अधिक पशुपालकों से गोबर खरीदकर उन्हें अतिरिक्त आय, रोजगार और आत्मनिर्भरता से जोड़ा जा रहा है।

Waste to Wealth की यह पहल न सिर्फ स्वच्छ ऊर्जा का स्रोत बन रही है, बल्कि ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को भी नई ऊर्जा दे रही है।

Strengthening India–South Africa Cooperation through Cooperatives 🇮🇳🤝🇿🇦

NCDC had the privilege of hosting a high-level delegation from South Africa at its Headquarters in New Delhi, led by the Honourable Minister of Small Business Development, Ms. Stella Tembisa Ndabeni.

During the interaction, Shri Rohit Gupta, Deputy Managing Director (DMD), NCDC, highlighted NCDC’s role in promoting and financing India’s cooperative sector and its significant growth under the Ministry of Cooperation.

The South African delegation appreciated India’s cooperative initiatives and expressed interest in learning from NCDC’s best practices through a potential knowledge exchange programme to strengthen the cooperative ecosystem in South Africa.

Together, India and South Africa are exploring new opportunities for inclusive growth, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development through cooperatives.
