@GreenMinds@13thFool Bilatibay is actually a light profanity meaning "bilat ni tibay". Tibay is a nickname of Primitiba, it's a personification of women in earlier times in Hiligaynon-speaking provinces. "bilatibay" has nothing to do with "how are you", as other people think it is.
