@ChaseSupport I used to think Chase had amazing customer service, but it's been quickly going downhill. I guess it's time to start looking for a credit card company that hires more competent employees.

@subaru_usa Has to be the worst company to buy from after the 90s... constant recalls, class action lawsuits and not a care in the world in regards to customer service. Just know if you're thinking about buying one, you're better off looking elsewhere. This is their head unit
Terrible initial experience with @PrincessCruises - there is no communication and no one seems very helpful... Still early - maybe they can turn it around
