Autogynephilia Resources - A Thread
I strongly agree with this tweet, because I had to read a lot on autogynephilia to understand what the hell is going. So here is a thread with resources (articles and books) on the subject for people to access. Please RT.
Today's ruling by the IOC means a welcome return to fair sport for women and girls, but I'll never forget the scandal of Paris 2024, when people who consider themselves supremely virtuous and progressive publicly cheered on men punching women.
Dear X
I need your help.
As you may know, I was doxed by Fred Wallace who posted my name, picture and partial home address here on X.
I made a complaint to the @metpoliceuk and today I was called back by one of their officers.
Name: Pc/Officer Humphreys.
Badge No. 2417.
Based at Lewisham Police Station. @MPSLewisham
Officer Humphreys asked what had given rise to the doxing and I told him that I hold the position that men cannot become women.
He immediately, without taking a breath said "well, that's transphobic".
Officer Humphries then proceeded to harangue me about my 'transphobia' and 'homophobia'.
I told him that I was not confident in the way he responded and that I would be reporting him to his superiors.
He said "well you won't get anywhere".
I then tried to explain to him that being 'transphobic' is not a crime and that gender critical beliefs are protected under the Forstater Ruling.
I also told him about the Supreme Court ruling that sex, in law, means biology and not identity.
At this point in the conversation, PC Humphreys put the phone down on me.
PC Humphreys seemed to have no understanding of his responsibility to act as an impartial public servant.
He also seemed unconcerned that I felt threatened and that I and my family could be put at risk by the doxing.
His only interest was in berating me for my beliefs.
I have made an in-person complaint at Lewisham Police Station and I will be making an appointment to discuss this incident with my MP @JanetDaby
We are being failed by a captured police force.
@SexMattersOrg@SpeechUnion
Please can you Rx this.
Thank you.
Dr P.
@JillFilipovic What's the "right way" to talk about men being allowed to be in women's locker rooms? What's the "right way" to talk about sex-denialism in the law? What's the "right way" to talk about whether women and girls exist as a coherent sex class?
Recently I’ve been writing a lot about rejecting scripts, especially the ones handed to gay men.
And this whole exchange is a perfect example of how those scripts work.
There are two narratives about Hayton.
Script 1: He’s a “lesbian”, so he gets to define same-sex attraction.
Script 2: He’s a man with dysphoria doing his best, so we should treat his views as good faith.
But everyone knows deep down both scripts are a load of bollix.
Like most people, I’m not following either. I’m following reality.
Because here we have a heterosexual man telling a gay man what defines homosexuality. That isn’t debate. It’s a straight lad rewriting the rules so his story fits, same way he squeezes himself into a dress meant for someone else.
And part of the reason he feels comfortable doing it is because so many people bent the knee to him for years. Ignoring the red flags, excusing the activist behaviour, pretending not to notice his past lobbying and bringing ideology into the classroom.
But that’s what ideological scripts do, they stop people from stating the obvious.
You give an ideologue an inch, they take a mile.
So as someone who figured out his sexuality surrounded by this nonsense, I can tell you the confusion didn’t come from being gay, it came from adults insisting words didn’t mean what they meant.
That you could be attracted to “maleness” that isn’t male. That heterosexual men like Dave could speak for us.
If you want to follow the script that says Dave is a woman, work away.
But you’ve no right to impose that script on the rest of us, gay, straight, young, old, black, white or shaped like a rectangle.
Some of us choose not to perform the story of narcissists.
We’re sticking with the one based on reality.
The biggest mistake organisations, politicians & luvvies made was equating men wanting access to women’s spaces to gay people campaigning for equality in the 1970’s..
As a gay man, my rights don’t infringe on others - it’s crossly offensive to conflate the two…
#GayNotQueer
Precisely zero gay guys would be interested in a woman pretending to be - and badly disguised as - a man.
Gay men - all actually gay men - are exclusively homosexual.
It’s profoundly disrespectful for a male impersonator to even think one gay man would be interested in her.
It’s also massively irresponsible for a programme to be telling young women and girls that becoming a gay man is some kind of “option”
Awful news, but no surprise:
Australian law does not recognise what a lesbian is anymore, let alone their rights
It’s back in the closet if they want lesbian-only get togethers
I’m guessing the same would apply to gay men
‘Trans’ has destroyed gay rights 💔
To our international friends who have just started following us, please take a look at this article from @reduxx about the persecution Isabella Cepa is facing (she was banned from twitter by court order, so no profile to mention here): https://t.co/4zZ4l4lwLm
Molly is 15 years old, very loving and wants a quiet home. Her owner has sadly died, leaving Molly feeling out of sorts. She is deaf and loves chicken. A quiet home is ideal. Can you please share? We always struggle with older pets, hoping for a miracle. https://t.co/AhBuQwYUp4
If a man is a woman, there's no such thing as a woman.
You're desperate to be categorised as female, but by entering the category, you destroy it. You know that, which must suck for you, but not as much as it sucks for the women & girls fighting to retain their rights and spaces.
And there it is.
Walsh cut the women who had been fighting for many years at great personal cost out of his documentary, whilst stealing their work, and now history writes them out completely, making the man who had money and a supportive institution behind him, the hero.
A 14-year-old girl should not have to stand up in front of a room of adults, breaking down in tears, to explain that it is wrong to force girls to compete against males in sport. She should not have to be this brave. But she is. Any adult who will not listen, who will not stand up for what is true and right, in defense of girls like Annaleigh, is a pathetic excuse for a human being
“A woman is not a medical condition. You don’t get to become a woman because you might have a medical condition such as gender dysphoria. A woman is an adult human female. It’s a category of people.”
An oldie but an interesting one: https://t.co/K0kZI4WPfu
@MrRypod@KemiBadenoch@Glinner@IndiaWilloughby@Cougarmania Aw, it's so inspirational that these straight lads agree India's a woman, because they've got so much skin in the game! How incredibly brave, for a bunch of straight guys to approve of a misogynistic man getting access to female spaces! Honestly, I'm shedding a tear here.
