@EdLatimore Not a dr but experience from many has been it takes about 4 weeks for serum levels to stabilize so feels like you really ramped up pretty quick. Good results though for sure!

I think they should really look at some of the case studies and early research about incorporating a long lasting insulin into the regiment early….esp pre diabetics. I was at 6.4…up to as high as 7.0 but since starting Tresiba at only 14 units daily I am back to 5.7. Also watching diet and metformin but we’re doing those prior to starting. Any experiences there?

@TheShreddington Outstanding post. I track all these numbers before each donation…as my ferritin had really dipped…been taking iron supplementation which allows me to keep on my 6-8 week donation schedule. That keeps hematocrit below 52.

to me this question just conflates their right to free speech, which they totally have to make comments like this...without question. But an employer has the right to evaluate their employees on the basis of input received. Normally this was received while you were "at work" but with social media etc...we make ourselves open books. Should a hospital administrator trust that an employee that would celebrate the murder of someone not aligned politically with the commenter? Would it impact care or service if they found the patient under care was a Trump supporter and should you take that chance?I feel the same goes for teachers and anyone else we trust to give care or service. yes I do agree that the ferver with which people being exposed to their employees is intense and probably chalk that up to the years many on the right spent on the end of this very same stick. doesn't make it right...just is what it is.

Love the show and avid listener every single morning. I was vastly disappointed by the tone and direction it took today. I am a fan of Dan but something seemed to have either snapped in him or he got orders from above to hit the messaging points but I ended up just turning it off before I got more disgusted. I'll take a bit of a break and be back but good luck with this approach.

I keep following you as have loved you forever but it is posts like this that really make me shake my head. Have you even watched any of the hearing? Any comment on what RFK has brought up around any of his findings? Of the deception? Of the money that has flowed to every one of these senators? Of course they have lost faith in RFKJ...he has exposed them for all to see. I'll put my money on him.

please to at least try and be honest. This would not impact absentee voting so anyone, including military deployed could request an absentee ballot and provide normal proof of id to do so. what would not happen anymore is blanket mailing out of mail in ballots to all voters. Couple this with a mandatory national holiday for everyone and I think you have something.
