Garbage dumped in the open, burning in residential areas, toxic smoke everywhere. No proper public bins, no clarity on collection timings, people are forced to dump waste in vacant plots.

If this can happen on Hulimangala Main Road near BPCL, would the same neglect be tolerated near the Assembly or MLAs’ quarters or CM/Dy CM's House?
