@RuHamsDollRace@SnufflingDrake@D9N9ABI9 Let me break it down in simple terms for you :)
My comment was directed towards @SnufflingDrake because he told me to read a cookbook and I replied with "is it a bad thing to want to be healthy" it means that I want to be healthy in the future because I am not healthy rn.
@RuHamsDollRace@SnufflingDrake@D9N9ABI9 Ig you don't know how to read, that was kinda expected, but read through my comment again slowly, maybe you will get it :)
@velvetr1ng I used to do omad and I didn't count calories as well but it still works great, I just didn't have the willpower to follow through with it consistently ๐ฅ
@ritualthunder Ig it happens with time when I first started restricting all I could think about was food but now not so much, and also keeping yourself busy throughout the day helps to not think about it all the time.
@ivorymittens I have tried omad before and even though it works it takes insane will power to be consistent with it which I don't have, so...snacks throughout the day ^โ _โ _โ _โ _โ _โ _โ _โ _โ _โ ^
