Agentic commerce isn't coming, it's already here.
On June 25, we are bringing together the operators, builders, and infrastructure leaders shaping the future of AI-powered payments and commerce.
@scott_shannon, CPO of Airwallex, will open the evening, followed by a panel with speakers from @Visa, @Google, @AnthropicAI and @cursor_ai on what it takes to make agentic commerce work in the real world, from trust and orchestration to payments infrastructure at scale.

I love ideas like this and based on how this thread is going we will soon see startups raising money to disrupt the aerial advertising space.
For the record: I have definitely seen and talked about this ad.
The Monaco Plane: Economics and Impact.
If you've been in SF over the last 10 days, you've likely seen the Monaco Plane flying around. I'm receiving countless messages asking about how expensive it is and if it's working.
So here are those answers:
@marcorandazza Itโs cheaper to process a card when itโs present vs when you typed it in online. Also, their chargeback risk goes down significantly if they use the physical card and take a picture of it along with your passport (proof that you gave it to them).
@Maxime__Laroche@TheJerzWay Thatโs not the same. Canada taxes you on foreign income while you reside in Canada. But if you move to another country (and properly exit the Canadian system) you no longer have to file nor pay taxes in Canada.
@Ntakibazo@hridoyreh The majority of the variable fee goes to Visa. In some countries the regulators put a cap on how much Visa can charge but in the US mostly not. Only way around that is not to use Visa.
Airwallex is transforming how businesses manage their finances. Proud to be part of this journey and excited to share many more success stories in the next months.
We saved our customers over $1.3 Billion in 2025 alone.
That value has helped @Airwallex reach $1.2 Billion in ARR, growing 85% YoY.
@Deel, @McLarenF1 , @boltapp and 200,000+ other customers trust us because legacy banking wasn't meant for global businesses:
โข Opening a bank account in a new country takes weeks
โข SWIFT transfers take 3-5 days
โข Other platforms convert your money even when you don't want to
But with Airwallex you can:
1. Open an account and get paid like a local in 70 countries
Most platforms force you to convert your money into your currency and charge you a conversion fee to do it.
With Airwallex, your UK client pays you in GBP and it sits in your GBP balance.
Your Australian client pays in AUD and it sits in your AUD balance.
When you need to pay a UK vendor or run Australian payroll, you can simply pay from the same currency in your Airwallex account which leads to zero conversion fees.
2. Send and receive money on the same day
SWIFT takes 3โ5 days and hits you with unpredictable fees on every transfer.
But over 90% of Airwallex transactions happen on the same day.
Since Airwallex uses local rails to move your money, it also happens at near-zero cost.
3. Issue multi-currency cards instantly
Airwallex helps you issue multi-currency cards to your employees across the entire world.
And every transaction is automatically synced to your accounting system in real-time.
4. Integrate Airwallex in your product
SaaS platforms and marketplaces can also use our APIs to offer these financial services to their customers.
In fact, many companies are doing it already.
But this is just a glimpse of what Airwallex can do. Weโre building the all-in-one financial stack your company will ever need.
If you're doing $50M+ in revenue, you could save up to $500k in fees.
And that's money back into your business.

@DanteReminick Why does it have to be a stable coin in the middle if both sides of the transaction are FIAT? (Assuming by RTP rails you mean banking rails)
@JonnieKing@helium_mobile From what I can tell, Helium is a great project with real traction but over the years handled a number of issues they faced (like any startup) very poorly, ultimately eroding trust and pushing people to exit out of frustration. Very unfortunate. Could have been a better story.
@tokeetapp can you please ask your AI agent โElliottโ to stop calling me. I am not interested in doubling my rentals no matter how often he asks me the same question. Seriously, 10 times and counting.
