I called the call centre many times but they have not given a solution till now . The call centre holds the call for more than 15 min -it cost u as well. Please see such things & solve my issue..

@MsJayChauhanwe r using ur product frm long time & recently started using subscription as well bt sorry to say u need to fix Ur customer service & deliver partner. Today I got a counterfeit water jar, The delivery partner has taken extra bottles & so on
