Very disappointed in. @Delta . I booked a flight to Zürich using points in comfort plus. It appears my seat was given to a paid customer and my flight was switched to another day. I was able to rebook but only in main cabin. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer.

@Delta I am disappointed..just found out that my comfort plus seat that was booked with points on an upcoming flight to Zürich was canceled and most likely given to a paying customer. I was able to rebook a main cabin seat but expect better treatment as a loyal Delta customer

Proud grandma moment... While reading Should I Share My Ice Cream by @The_Pigeon my 6 year old grandson said "How cool is it that the words are shaped like ice cream?" First grade and he's already noticing authors craft!
