Xbox took one day to deny its own GTA VI hype.

Tuesday's report: GTA VI streams exclusively on Xbox Cloud, even to PC. Wednesday: Xbox's strategy chief calls that "bad reporting."

What survived is worse. Game Pass streaming gets capped at 5 to 15 hours a month in November.
