@OctopusEnergy 1/2 My octopus smart meter hasn’t worked for 3 months despite umpteen calls - you just tell me you cant help and an engineer will call at some point. It never happens. Yet you run lots of lovely new business acquisition activities around smart meters.

@DarrenBent Gut opinions are fine in the pub. But if you’re paid to have opinions on the radio you should support your opinion with real facts. Your cohost would nail a caller to the wall for an opinion based on wonky facts. I think the listeners just expect you to do your research better.
