Q. What's their basic ideology?
A. Socialism.
Q. Whom do they promise to improve the lives of ?
A. Poor and underprivileged
Q. What do they promise if they win elections ?
A. Promise to give cash, subsidies and benefits to the poor
Q. Where do they get the funds from ?
A. Obviously from the taxes collected from the cities in their states and loans and central grants
Q. What's their "stated" ultimate goal ?
A. To help the poor by giving them a share from the rich cities and loans
Q. What is one of their strong slogans?
A. Jitni abaadi utni haq
Q. What is happening with 50% increase of Lok Sabha seats and delimitation?
A. States with higher population are getting higher share of seats
Q. What is the goal ?
A. More representation with the increased population as mandated by constitution
Q. Has it been done before ? Or is it the first time ?
A. It was done before. This is the first time under non-Congress rule.
Q. What if the states logic of using cities taxes to fund rural, help poor and build infra is extended to the nation?
A. You would use the taxes from rich states, use it to fund poorer areas across the nation and build infra
Q. If the slogans is "jitni abaadi, utni haq" , if they work hard for the poor, if they use their richer cities taxes for rural development, why not extend the courtesy to the nation ?
A. Because not just now, even in future too, they don't see themselves winning bigger states. They think they will forever be out of the power at the centre
Q. Why do they think so ? Why do they think people of those states would never vote for them?
A. Probably because their leaders keep insulting, abusing and mocking the people of those states
Q. Why can't they just stop insulting languages, people, regions etc ?
A. That would be a tough task. Donno.
Q. In this entire exercise, is there any illegality? Unconstitutional?
A. No
Q. Is this sudden ? Unexpected ? No one knew ?
A. No. Every one knows. For many years now.
Q. Did they work on handling this imminent change ?
A. They didn't seem to.
Q. What happens next ?
A. Obvious change. More seats by 2029 elections.
Q. How can they mitigate this ?
A. By gaining the confidence of the people. At the end, in a democracy, you can't dream of ruling the nation without the confidence of the people. That's real hard work and they don't seem to be interested in doing it.
Q. How did this happen in first place? Top 4 populous states had their CMs not long ago.
A. Two things happened. 1-Modi 2-They boxed themselves in Southern states and mocked, abused and insulted the poor states. They want to rule nation by mocking, abusing and insulting majority % of the people of the country.
Q. What is the lesson here ?
A. Watch your mouth and work towards gaining the trust of the people. They are kind. They forget faster if you show sincerity. Good luck.
