@onlinemiddleton This is great! ๐ I agree that some ROI metrics can be hard to capture. However that particular metric is so valuable when communicating success within a social media strategic plan that itโs likely worth the extra time!
Here is a useful webinar for libraries looking for analytics tutorials on the big four social media platforms. #INFO246w719 SOCIAL MEDIA: Analytics for Libraries โ https://t.co/8ICF3H62H5 https://t.co/wtDOVbdPA0
@pradobriansjsu Sure! Even creating handouts and posters will bring more awareness around libraries being vanguards of patron privacy. Check out how to be a privacy advocate. https://t.co/Q1E7d7Hel8

@Sonam_lib We are starting to collect data on website usage and where people click. I can see how this could improve user experience overall as long as the data is anonymous, it seems fine.
@gaby_mlis This has been a discussion at several of my libraries. We created desk holds for patrons who are more concerned. Otherwise itโs spine down with last name out.

@robyndero21 I certainly didnโt realize that certain platforms might be better suited to reach a particular community until last weekโs lecture. I am particularly interested in looking more at Reddit and Tumblr.

@AnnWeist I know what you mean about finding time to read. Thatโs why my summer books have to be the page turning type. Iโll read the literary sagas in the winter!
My name is Danielle and I live just outside of Portland, OR. I am super proud of being from the PNW but I also love to travel. Send me your summer beach reads! #INFO246w67
