Last Halloween my 3rd graders read a story called The Run from Readworks. The ending was very unsatisfying. This year my 4th grade students get to judge new endings for The Run, written by students from across the country. I hope we get a winning entry. #judges 👩‍⚖️👩‍⚖️

After reading about artist Bren Bataclan's random acts of kindness we are producing our own art to share. Our art will include this note: "This painting is yours if you promise to smile at random people more often." Just like the note Bren Bataclan places with his art.
