Funny that once TIO raised my complaint with @Telstra my service was fixed instantly. No technicians required, it was like magic. Im finally back on the NBN.
Why all headaches @Telstra this is the reason people change carriers.
@Telstra Hi Iain, thank you for touching base. My orders was cancelled because NBN and Telstra could not find our address in their system, even though I got sent 2 x smart modem. Go figure. I have no choice but raise a complaint wit TIO as I needed this for my job.
@Telstra@NBN_Australia approaching 2 months, 3 order cancellations, 4 support calls and not a single one was followed up or logged by a Telstra technician. You guys are a joke.
Nearly 4 weeks waiting and finally got NBN but it died within 2 days. What a joke and support won't even reach out after I have logged a call days ago.
Apparently @NBN_Australia cannot connect my new house because @Telstra doesn't have my correct address. Yet I received 2 modems in the space of 5 days. No wonder people have endless complaints about the service. #GetYourShitTogether#2ModemNoNBN
