@claudeai billing is a disaster. One failed payment locked 150 devs out. We can’t pay, resubscribe, cancel, or manage seats. Anthropic’s useless AI support keeps looping instead of escalating. If billing can brick a team, Claude isn’t enterprise-ready. Time to check out codex ig.
