Payments banned on a store sitting at a 0.6% chargeback rate trending down across 13,000 orders.
How does that even make sense, Shopify?
Do you realise there are real businesses relying on your platform?
5 lessons i learned after spending over $100k+ on founder ads.
1. Utilize winning variables. I ran 'If your girl has a dog, you're gonna want to hear this' for Valentine's Day and it COOKED. Took that exact hook pattern and made it 'If your mom has a dog' for Mother's Day. Completely different ad & persona, yet using same winning variable. When something works, extract WHY it worked and use those fundamentals in different diverse creative.
5. Match narrative to visuals. Whatever you're saying, the screen needs to show it. I say 'look at these reactions' then cut to reactions. I mention the product then cut to closeups. If your mouth and your visuals aren't aligned, people scroll.

4. Keep it raw. That ad is literally me green screened into the corner of CapCut. Phone footage. TikTok native text with the black outline. For founder creatives lean into authentic storytelling by showing people you are a real person running a real brand who cares for their customers and their experiences. This builds trust and can be a fantastic way to introduce new awareness into your funnel (especially with a banger hook).
Yeah, "media buying" as we knew it is dead. This is now what it takes to have a well-performing account. A few banger ads and crafty media buying tactics don't cut it anymore. It takes sophisticated media analysis and strategy to compete now.
If you read a post like this and think "That's unnecessary" or think it doesn't apply to you, you're NGMI over the next 24 months.
Automated video conceptualization / copywriting / first frame generation (nano) / animation (kling) / native text overlay / final video render (AWS) AND posting on the phone farm now cracked π₯·
Thinking to do a google meets where I break this down more, if interested lmk in the comments I'll have my openclaw send out links when I decide on the date.
Update On Tiktok Slideshow Automation (7 Days of Data):
This is from 4 accounts testing full creation and distribution of slideshows - next phase is getting videos cracked for this & solidifying routing strategy (taking eyeballs to website and converting)
Also need to plug in the 16 other accounts and start getting them warmed up :P
