What type of model is this? Is it a prediction model? Or just a model that measure's strength?

To me it seems any model that has UMass in the top 25, mush less top 11, is a bug - not a feature. They've only played two FBS opponents, Sac St is in their first year in FBS. Rutgers is 0-3 against FBS. Here is FanbaseU model
