Update: Bill passes the subcommittee vote 15-10 with the following amendments:
1. Examples of hydroxychloroquine & ivermectin removed
2. Terminology labeled "shall" amended to say "may" regarding pharmacist dispensing
3. Boards able to pursue penalty under gross negligence

@zachxagliptin Interestingly the bill states that any action by the pharmacist or prescriber that follows the bill will not be considered unlawful, unethical, unauthorized or unprofessional and also that boards can't take action against them for following it.

@mmPharmD OR doesn't let you expire/inactive your pharm license - if you don't pay fees then they backdate all renewal charges and add on additional late fees. Stuck with an OR license for life.
