@dollcalsss Technically you could make very small cuts there safely (think papercut) but I'm assuming people that SH are looking for deeper cuts than little papercut sized ones and that it would be more annoying than satisfying cutting those.

@dollcalsss It's actually thinner there (it seems thicker because there's more muscle) and there are a lot more vital blood vessels running through the side than the front. I would recommend avoiding the neck in general.
