His son, who his wife had kept in boarding at such a young age became the reason for bail so soon, his parents haven't even seen a glimpse of him since then

Judge Rita Kaushik - first name in his suicide note never faced ANY ENQUIRY WHATSOEVER & later got promoted as well. Supreme Court never took cognizance even to investigate corruption despite a dying declaration

Nikita Singhania's right to livelihood was never taken away. Not for a day

First date given in trial of his case by the court was ONE YEAR AFTER THE FIRST HEARING

His wife has moved High Court to quash the case

I will not be surprised if it is even quashed because - There's no concept in India to criminalize mental cruelty by wife

Our system questions men who take their own life calling them weak, sensitive and overreacting

Compare it all to what we are seeing in media for last one week

I am sure Justice will be done to Twisha. I can not even hope if Justice would ever be done to Atul.

दिसंबर 2024 में अतुल सुभाष ने अपने 81 मिनट के वीडियो और 24 पेज के सुसाइड नोट में उनका नाम लिया था। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि रीता कौशिक ने उनके केस में अपने पक्ष में फैसला देने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी।

उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि कोर्ट के एक क्लर्क ने सिर्फ सुनवाई की तारीख लगाने के लिए 3 लाख रुपये मांगे। जब उन्होंने मना कर दिया, तो उन पर 80,000 रुपये महीना एलिमनी (भरण-पोषण) का आदेश दे दिया गया।

9 दिसंबर 2024 को अतुल सुभाष की मौत हो गई।

रीता कौशिक के खिलाफ कोई FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई.....कोई जांच भी शुरू नहीं की गई।
6 जून 2025 को उन्हें जिला जज के पद पर प्रमोट कर दिया गया... अतुल सुभाष का केस अब नवंबर 2026 तक के लिए टाल दिया गया है।

उनकी मौत के आरोपी जमानत पर बाहर हैं।
जिस जज का नाम उन्होंने लिया था, वो अब जिला जज बन चुकी हैं।

यही सिस्टम है.... यही भारत का न्याय तंत्र है
और इसके विरुद्ध कोई बोलता भी नहीं...!

Nikita Singhania is on bail. She has custody of their son.

His mother went to the Supreme Court asking for her grandson.

The court told her she was a stranger to the child.

The criminal case against Nikita was listed for hearing in November 2025.

The judge was on leave that day.

The case has been adjourned to November 20 2026.

One full year.

Because the judge was on leave.

Rita Kaushik who he named in his suicide note is now a District Judge.

His son is 5 years old and growing up with the woman Atul blamed for his death.

His ashes are still waiting.

Section 498A. Dowry Act. Domestic Violence Act. Child custody.

He was denied visitation rights to his own son unless he paid Rs 3 crore.

He alleged the judge asked Rs 5 lakh bribe to settle.

He did everything right. He spoke up. He documented. He fought the system.

The system laughed at him.The judge laughed at him in court.

His last words were “Justice is due.”
