had to finally change my plan to drop my friend at her college and came back to chandigarh...i feel cheated as a tax payer and helpless..we need to be nephews of the ministers to pass tolls with debit card...actually nephews may not even need to pay toll @nitin_gadkari @PMOIndia

bhago majra toll doesnt take debit card..so much so for digital india..if this government doesnt accept debit cards on national highway tolls please release an ad in newspaper so that tax payers are duly informed and aren't harassed by MHAI toll goons!
