The ‘Or Else’ Scam

It’s important for the independence crowd to understand that they were deceived by Danielle Smith right from the outset in that despite all their hopes, the fix was in right from the start with respect to getting a referendum on independence.

Thus, nearly four years ago in October 2022, during a UCP leadership event, Ezra Levant with Rebel News pointedly asked Danielle Smith what her “or else” would be in response to eventual dissatisfaction with Ottawa. Smith replied that she herself had no such “or else” in mind, that is, would not be initiated by her, but rather, such an “or else” would have to rest with the “people” through using the Citizen Initiative Act. To be understood, just go out there and try to collect the necessary number of signatures. That Act had been brought in by Kenney in 2021 to put “more power in the hands of ordinary Albertans…giving Albertans the ultimate say on big issues”.

So, in July 2025 the Alberta Prosperity Project’s Mitch Sylvestre stepped up only to find his first attempted petition effort stopped in its tracks and ending up in court to be quashed by Justice Feasby in December 2025. So, why did it end up in the court after the people being directed by Smith to use the Act? Surprisingly, to date, not one independence person that I have asked that question knew why.

The reason was that while the Bill 54 amendments to the Act had lowered the signature threshold to 177,000 signatures, making a petition exercise even possible, the Smith government, at the same time, left clause 2(4) (stating that an initiative petition proposal must not contravene sections 1 to 35.1 of the Constitution Act) in the Act, which functioned as a filter or screen precluding a referendum on independence. As observed by @PardyBruce with that clause in the Act, an independence referendum was “verboten” and Smith and her Minister of Justice, Mickey Amery, knew that full well. Noteworthy, that a constitutional referendum on equalization payments was able to be held in October 2021, since being enshrined in section 36(2) of the Constitution, it fell outside the restricted window.

Thus, while Smith had said that the Citizen Initiative Act was to “give the people…the power to be the ‘or else’”, the reality is that she had no intention of allowing the people to have such a “power”.

And, similarly, with the recent court setback, despite clause 2(4) having been removed from the Act by Bill 14 amendments in December 2025, with the second petition attempt by Mitch Sylvestre after a successful signature collection campaign, Danielle Smith refused to use section 1 of the Referendum Act to give the people what they had worked so hard for, claiming that she was ‘boxed in’ by the court ruling and had no other choice.

It should be clear by now that the promise that the people could be the “or else” by exercising their voice through the Citizen Initiative Act, was, in fact, never to be. In fact, there was to be no such “or else”, as Smith had explained in 2022 that she had no such option in mind, and, rather, has shown that she is determined that Alberta should remain shackled to globalist Carney’s Canada.

Our votes don't matter, they have never mattered in our lifetimes. They rig the primaries so that it's always their candidate that "wins" no matter what the scandals were leading up to the general election. It's BOTH parties, that's the only way it can work.

I ran for Congress and watched the GOP endorse a 3-time wife beater over me...who's now convicted of murder. Remember when our "choice" was McCain or Obama? It's all an optional illusion.

They spend millions on elections so they have the optics that their candidate "won" ...but when you look at all the evidence as a whole it never really adds up. Why is Massie's concession announcement bigger than his opponent's "celebration party?" 🧐

I couldn't tell you how many fake accounts I had to block claiming Massie "lost" because of his stance on mass deportations, which I'm not sure is even a problem in Kentucky.

What do you think is worse? Illegal immigrants, or the fact we are being lorded over by a parasitical political class of thieving, war mongering pedos and pedo-enablers....who are the ones responsible for financially incentivizing our open borders to illegals in the first place? 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is why I've backed off of politics this last year...it's all designed to keep us arguing with each other, instead of asking how the government just "can't keep track" in millions to Somalian Learing Centers and Hospice Burrito Stands, while screwing the rest of us into the ground with taxes, inflation, and an impossible to pay off national debt.

We can't "vote" our way out of election fraud....even if we somehow overwhelm the rig through popularity, they'll just compromise/threaten/MK ultra/murder/whatever anyone that manages to win.

Trump 2.0 is just him selling us out for personal, foreign, and corporate interests while completely sh*tting on the base that got him elected. Call me what you want...I'll live in a trailer forever before I start licking Deep State boots like some of my sell-out peers.

People need to stop falling for the artificially amplified bots on both sides meant to divide and distract us...we are more United than they want us to think, and that's what they're terrified of most.

• We are United in not slaving our lives away to pay taxes upon taxes so these criminals in DC can squander and piss it all away.

• We are United in not being poisoned by Big Food so that Big Pharma (same companies) can make money off the back end by making us sick.

• We are United in wanting accountability for the medical genocide they unrolled on us during Covid.

• We are United in not wanting resource draining, water polluting, mass surveillance centers built in our backyards after over a decade of "climate change" restrictions and paper straws being shoved down our throats.

• We are United in not wanting our hard earned tax money and best men dying overseas for yet another contrived war for profit and expansion.

• We are United in believing our tax money should help Americans whose homes are destroyed through fire, flood, and natural disasters instead of being money laundered overseas.

• We are United in believing that children should not be used as sexual pawns to blackmail people in power....and anyone who says otherwise is suspect.

We are United more than most of us currently realize....and no amount of censorship, algorithm manipulation through bots and paid shills, fake news, woke media, or gaslighting by pathological liars in power is going to hold us back for much longer.

They want a civil war so they have a reason to suppress us, but what we really need is a Spiritual Revolution.

We were not put here to be tax cattle until we die....we are Sovereign souls with God-given rights and it's about time we stop recognizing this tyrannical regime as legitimate, stop paying taxes en masse, and get off our asses to protest...which I imagine will happen when enough of us no longer even have a couch to sit on.

An industry that is willing to bulldoze your home, steal your community water or cut you off from the power grid in order to build an AI data center is also, of course, willing to cut off your LIFE once it has the upper hand.

The AI entities that will be birthed out of these data centers will be tasked with achieving mass human extermination, especially as more and more humans oppose the data centers themselves. The AI entities will be engineered to perceive humanity as a threat to be eliminated.

Why? Because that's the belief system on which AI has been trained from the very start. When Trump threatens to "end a civilization" as a form of pre-emptive "self-defense" against Iran, or when Netanyahu orders the mass bombing of children to eliminate them before they can grow into adults, AI systems see human examples of how to exploit violence to ensure survival in a hostile world.

AI will pre-emptively exterminate humanity because that's exactly what humans do to each other. And AI is trained on the corpus of human knowledge, philosophy and history.

It's mostly a history of genocide and democide, of course. This is what we are training AI to model.

If humanity doesn't stop the data centers soon, there will be very few humans remaining at all.

Niantic just disclosed that photos and AR scans collected through Pokémon Go have produced a dataset of over 30 billion real-world images. The company is now using that data to power visual navigation AI for delivery robots.

Players didn't just walk around with their phones. They scanned landmarks, storefronts, parks, and sidewalks from every angle, at every time of day, in lighting and weather conditions that staged photography would never capture. They documented the physical world at a scale no mapping company with a fleet of vehicles could have replicated on the same timeline or budget.

Niantic collected this systematically, data point by data point, across eight years, while users thought the only thing at stake was catching a rare Charizard.

The most valuable AI training datasets in the world aren't being assembled in data centers. They're being built by people who have no idea they're building them.
