@theRealEnzoMac I think within 18 months Turki will buy out all of the top promoters and put them into this Boxing league. Don’t think the promoters have much choice than to sell up as too much money involved.
Would love to know how the @premierleague pick their player of the month nominees. Isak and Murphy have been great in December but IMO Tonali was the best #nufc player by a mile during the month!! It’s harsh he’s not in there.
so Howe was trying to get him to stay on so the crowd could calm down after the goal and then give him the ovation he massively deserved but the 4th official was forcing him off while the crowd were paying attention to Barnes celebrating at the other side of the pitch #nufc 🤬🤬
Sick of seeing this on Twitter suggesting Tonali tried to get a yellow card. I was there and Howe was bringing him off after 90 mins so he could get a standing ovation after a brilliant first match. We scored a goal and the goal celebration took over the noise in the crowd....1/2
@Nusc2023 Milburn level 4. First 20 mins atmosphere was strange. Was like thousands of people were having individual conversations with each other. After that the Gallowgate corner seemed to come alive a bit but not much else
@LukeEdwardsTele Loan fee could all go into this years accounts and any obligation or option to buy could mean making less profit on him at a later date but if that date is after the year end then impacts next year when hopefully we have more commercial deals.
@LukeEdwardsTele Loan could make sense from FFP……all loan fee could go into profit and loss as a one off income rather than a profit from sale of player figure which may not be much depending on how much were to sell him for and how much he’s worth on our balance sheet….
@johncrossmirror Simple solution: every club can spend the same amount as the team with the strongest ability to buy players under the FFP rules as long as the owner invests equity into the business to cover the purchases and costs of any losses. Financial related, fair and safeguards clubs!!
