@DrSJaishankar @MEABharat Police verification fr renewal of Passport is a scam. They will visit uninformed and you should be home. Requesting them to inform before coming hurts their ego. All papers verified, in place. But if you are not home they send adverse report. @PMOIndia

@IndiaPassport I don’t know why Police doesn’t inform before visiting home for passport verification? We are not criminals and we may be out for work when they come unannounced. I have same address for last 25 years, still I have not received my passport after renewal. @PMOIndia
