I studied Ken Wilber's book called "Spectrum of Consciousness." The chapter called "Integrating the Shadow" helped me understand how to integrate the shadow. Shadow boxing is exhausting and shadow integration is a lot of work. It is definitely worth the labor to eat your shadow than to project it onto others and participate in endless battles.

@ErinPerise It is worth pursuing the integration of the masculine and feminine within oneself. I think it is the best way to be able to truly love and understand the opposite sex because you have integrated both sides.
